I believe he means an Arcade in the forum, that holds several old arcade games, such as Donkey Kong and PacMan, perhaps.
I myself have held Forums (Not with their own domain, but definitely off phpBB) with an Arcade section.

At least, I believe this is what Broly means.

Yea that what i meant , and we have like tournament who have the highest score or something or like something similar and I want to suggest we.. have a new look for the forum... a new skin and banner.... the admin just rip the banner and put it up >> and the site skin is exactly the same as though you just started... please ??
